Section 1 - Grooved Piping Method
GRINNELL grooved pipe couplings, grooved end fittings, grooved end butterfly and check valves, and other system components as manufactured or supplied by GRINNELL Mechanical Products shall be used to install piping
systems and make mechanical equipment connections in systems within specified operating conditions and working pressures as shown in the coupling manufacturer’s product specification. GRINNELL grooved pipe couplings shall be used for the following systems (subject to applicable local code approval).
